Thanks for your thoughts Roger. I believe that you are sincere. However I still think you are overgeneralizing and mistaken about TGSK. By the way, you don't honestly think individual investors are bidding up the internet stocks to these ridiculous levels do you? It's your much-admired "pros." They are too scared to answer for themselves if at the end of the year yahoo was a triple or quintuple or whatever and they had nothing to do with it. Does that make them "keen" ??? I'll beat the top mutual fund's yearly return with half my brain tied behind my back.

Hello Bob Monski,
yada yada yada. Does your ego ever quit? A word of advice to anyone who reads this guy. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Do NOT give him your e-mail address. You'll be getting so much spam you'll have to change IPO's. If you have read his posts you have read them all. He Rarely if ever comes up with any new info and rarely if ever does any due diligence on any company he slams.

If you go back and read his last 2 or three posts you will see that
he just spiels out the same re-hashed general opinion. It is very difficult for him to come up with an original thought. I have a very good theory as to what makes this person tick and will post at a later date if anyone is interested. For now let him keep posting so we all can see his modus operandi. He won't be able to stop himself.

Also note that what he says is very well written and good advice in general. It just doesn't fit in this case.

"Of course it's been hard to lose overall ever since '87."

Bob, or Roger, or whatever...I really doubt that you have had much trouble losing overall since '87. You have a rare gift. Of course, there are probably people who look at leprosy as a gift, too, and in your case it might be a step up.

Since you have made it perfectly clear that you would NEVER invest in something like this, I assume you are out and that we won't be hearing more from you. But goodness, Bobby, please do give us your list of can't-miss opportunities out there right now; this whole business of making 117% on the majority of my position here really makes me mad! I am sure you can help me do MUCH better!

Trip over something today, Roger/Bob: hurt yourself.

I thought you used up your 3 posts last week? This is the most sniveling bunch of crap I have ever read. But at least you might be honest about one thing in this post. "I passed on this stock at a much lower price because it STUNK". Sonny, that was the ROSES you were smelling but I think now it's the SOUR GRAPES?

15 years makes you a pro? Hell you have never even seen a Bear Market. When you live through a market drop from 1030 to 576 in eight months like it did in '73 to '74, and the market is your profession, you grow up fast. Junior I am 67 years old, I have been a VP with EF Hutton, a VP with Shearson and now a retired Partner with Oppenheimer & Co. One of my current business associates who put me on to this stock at $2.22 six weeks ago and who posts under the screen name of Cardshark_1999 over on the Yahoo TGSK board, started as a broker and Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch in 1973,later became The President of his own Brokerage Firm, was a OTC Market Maker, and a Research Analyst. He started in the Industry just as the Bear Market I described above was beginning. When I started in the business the Dow was below 400 and average daily volume on the NYSE was about a couple of million shares.

This is by no means the largest position either of us have in a stock. It is not even the largest position we have in a BB stock. The largest BB position we have is over a half million shares of a stock that has almost 9 million shares outstanding, is trading over $3 a share and DOESN'T HAVE A DIME in revenues, though it is fully reporting. It has traded as low as 1 1/8 and as high as 4 3/8 in the past seven months. I will put up either TGSK or this other BB stock, or the average price of both, up against any stock that you care to post for performance between now and year end. You name the stakes. If you want to keep this private, my e-mail link here is valid.

It is quite obvious keeping people informed is your hobby. If people had to pay for the type of crap you give here. You would need two, day jobs to pay your attorney's.

You claim you did your Due Diligence on this stock. That is obviously BS. It is apparent you haven't even read all the press releases that have been put out in just the last three months. If you had you would have at least realized that TGSK has had not Two IR firms, but Four. I personally think that was overkill and probably not the most effective use of time and capital, but that does not condemn the stock. As my above mentioned partner is so fond of saying, "There are Two mandatory ingredients required for any stock to mount and maintain a substantial rise, one without the other is useless. Fundamentals and an Audience."

You know how my partner discovered this stock? He was told by one of the former IR people who was pitching him on another stock about how this IR person had put his people in TGSK below a dollar. The day they were having the discussion, TGSK had just announced first quarter earnings and the stock was trading about $3.00 on a couple of million shares volume. The IR man admitted his frustration that even though many of his people had made over 400% in just a few months, he was having a difficult time getting them to sell and take the profit. My partner found this curious so he started doing his Professional DD on the stock.

If you had any idea how the BB market works, you would know how easy it is to short this stock or any non-marginable stock. All you have to do is call up virtually any Brokerage firm in Canada, put up 100% equity and short to your hearts content. Again, you have my e-mail address. I will be happy to introduce you to a broker who will short this stock for you. See that, I am doing you a favor. You didn't realized how lucky you are. Due to your ignorance, you were not able to short this stock when it was lower. You get a chance to short it now just before it begins a major rise.

Stock Detective is a joke. Sure most of the stock they post are BS, because one item we are in agreement on is that most BB stocks are junk. But they will post any crap that some short seller gives them. And for that matter, I don't care what the stock is. Any person with at least a little knowledge can write a logical rationalization on shorting ANY stock. If you don't believe me, tell me a stock. I don't care if its on the NYSE with earning growing at a 100% rate. I will post one or two paragraphs and have you thinking about shorting it.

In all fairness to a lot of what you say. The BB market is a mine field. However, if you watch your steps carefully (DO YOUR OWN DD), you can find the rare gold mine within.

Roger, I have a difficult time really trying to figure out your vendetta with this stock. I don't think you are a stupid person, I actually think you are sincere when you warn people about the BB. Perhaps you are just a lonely masochist who likes getting on active boards and gets his kicks by getting beat up. But one thing for sure, you have not done an iota of Due Diligence on this issue. Otherwise, rather than spout some diatrobe attacking BB stocks in general, you would attack this specific issue with at least one or two items of undisputable fact Since you fail to do this, you do not get what you seek, instead you get what you deserve. No Respect.

Oh, by the way. I do not work for the Company or any of its people or consultants. Have never been offered nor have I ever asked for any compensation in any form whatsoever. I personally do not care if anyone here buys or sells the stock. I own it because I bought and paid for it in the open market, after I did my own DD. I am making this post after discussing your post with my associate Cardshark, who like me is not, nor has ever been on any payroll attached to this Company. It is our belief that points in your post insult the intelligence of a large number of sophisticated investors who, unlike you, have done research on the Company, and therefore a response is required.

Dear Roger; Please pay up and become an SI member. I am sure a man of your wealth can afford it. Then you won't have to write such long posts. You'll be able to write lots of little short ones. We haven't had a good basher on the thread for a long time.
Regards, Bill Purcelll

PS I was going to respond to you last nite but I fell asleep while reading your post.

roger, you as your name is trash. you are so amateurish in your contention about this stocks. if im your boss , ill tell you to study more how to bash a stock... we have more professional basher in DGIV.. where a lot of people sold their stock and negate them of big reward at the end.... some people make money thru stocks and some people make money from stockholders , the stock defective you are telling this thread has no validity , they are paid by shorters who want to short stocks and send bashers hoping some stockholder will sell their stocks cheap..
