Thanks guys. But I still don't understand I guess because I don't think like an Asian. The need is now, not in February. What's the point of delaying? To try to perpetuate the myth that they don't have a problem? To save "face" somehow? So they can only do a little right now. So what? That's better than doing nothing.

All CREAF wants and deserves is the ability to buy back shares in the market if they see fit. It's something that should belong to them anyway. It shouldn't be illegal in the first place. No one has ever given me a answer as to how this restriction has ever benefited anyone. And they don't have to actually buy any shares. But it would at least add a significant new factor into the thinking of the foreign manipulators that always drive CREAF's price down every time it pops up a little. Right now they can do that with impunity because they know CREAF can't fight back. Just having the authority would be a valuable asset.

To me it just seems to be a case of obstinate bureaucrats unwilling to give up their restrictive power without a personal incentive. Maybe that's what they are waiting for.

Dennis

Saviorman,

<Don't worry, around Feb next year, Creaf will be able to buy back its own shares.>

I agree with Dennis G. 100% regarding Singapore's blatantly irresponsible handling of this issue. IMO, their actions are absolutely and categorically inexcusable!

February!!!??? Hopefully, by then the stock will be trading higher on its own....based on SB-Live and Christmas sales. The idea is to buy your stock when it is as cheap as possible.

The notion that you can invest in other companies but you can't invest in your own is absurd. If you think about this for just a second you will see how crazy this is. What are these people thinking....or are they thinking at all??

If Singapore's government is any example of the forward thinking mentality of the leadership in Asia, it's no wonder that the region is in so much trouble.
