Jay, I think I said you denied it. And I think I told you on Yahoo! that I was willing to wait for the facts to come out. Everything I have posted comes from internet sources that are open for anyone to see. I do wish you would come out and help us clear this up. Everytime I have talked to you in the past you seemed to be up front with me. In the past several days I have had conversations with people who respect your opinion and wish the Westergaard site was still up. I have told everyone to wait to see what the outcome of the investigation will be and have even referred some to your new page. And I still wish you would give me that free access I requested:) Rick
