<they already have pointed out to the SEC they will loose $4 mil eom> So what's your point???? This is an excuse for sloppy paperwork???? It appears the directors of this company have dropped the ball???? I think in court it is called "breach of fidiciary duty"!!!!!!

< will loose $4 mil > How did they finance this, probably why they are not filing. Has nothing to do with Bolivian accountants and even if it did, that should be corrected by now. How many more shares issued at 10 cents to cover the 4 million dollar loss............ you do the math......... just my thoughts....... wondering about the silence from the company....... I guess silence is GOLDEN!!!!!!!!!!!
