To all, what do you think the possibilities are of ZONA reporting good sales to Schering Plough in the second quarter regardless of actual end sales figures? They do have to at least fill the supply pipeline right? We could see some surprising numbers. Of course, we won't know if they are sustainable or not, but, they might be larger than expected.

You may want to try IBM's patent search engine (I forget the web address right offhand) to read about Zonagen's two bogus patents.

You can also go to any medical school library or get a PDR to research Phentolamine Mesylate (Regitine). If you do a web search for Phentolamine, you can pick up lots of bibliographic references as well.

Here is a direct link to the patent for rapidly dissolving phentolamine, approved March 24, 1998:

The patent appears to protect phentolamine sulfate, formulated as a rapidly dissolving tablet (less than 20 minutes) using any accepted carrier. If this patent is enforceable , it seems very protective for any rapidly dissolving oral tablet form of phentolamine sulfate.
