Remember...this company is fully reporting. If you are doing DD, and you need information that was not included in any of the filings...just ask for it. If you wish to verify anything at all, just ask questions. This is a very simple procedure, which some people forget to do.

And if you are wondering how HVAR will reach $0.15-$0.22 in eps this year...the proforma will be out on Friday. Even though this will of course be, a financial estimate...it will give us all an idea, on where the company is coming from.

Jonathan,

Can you post the convertible share contract when you receive it.
Does this contract have to do with the Series A preferred? Was
the Series A pref. converted at .43 X 70% as stated in the SB-2
and will not be given to the series A holders until the price
reaches $1.03? Thanks for trying to clarify this matter.

Buster

>My only concern is, the current share situation. Today...I am going to confirm from the TA, that his share count, included the convertable
shares at $1.03. If you wish to see the convertable share contract, I will be willing to post it later. Also...since shares are going to be issued next month, I want to find out if they included that, in their EPS estimates. Because if the issuing of shares, dilutes the EPS...I will need to change the thread title, to "P/E under 2".
