I got this from the insider trading of BNTI. I was wondering if it related to the private placement announced for SYD. 1-Jul-98 JONES OWEN J Planned Sale (144) 250,000 If you wanted to generate some cash for 1 of the 2 companies that you managed, would use resources from one to the other? Hmmmm.....

Hi Gator.....I agree It just seems like management is always more concerned with running the company than informing the share holder, and it makes guys like me wonder why I send them my money.....Oh Well :-)
