It is a disgrace that one, Mr. Forbes, who being in charge of a company so entangled with fraud and which cost so much money to shareholders should expect to become CEO of the new company as contracted before the fraud was discovered.

This is an outrage and strikes against the human conscience.

Mr. Forbes needs to step down now !

He should be relieved of duties pending the final outcome of the audit.

Also, any director who presided over CUC during the years of fraud should be re-evaluated, and as a result, I suspect that almost all of them should be replaced, too.

Further, legal action should be taken against Forbes and the directors of CUC during its years of fraud in order to bring justice to those who were guilty of this negligence which cost so many shareholders so much pain.

Cogo (from the Yahoo thread), please forward this letter to the appropriate Cendant contacts.

Sincerely,

VALUESPEC
