You are right ofcourse.

There is no definitive verdict yet. However, I do believe there is
a difference between competing in the same industry and physically
stealing patented technology. Mr. Miller is a definite liability
to us SKB shareholders and will be made to resign before this is all
over. The facts of the AETI case are not relevant with VSE's 'alleged'
accusations. If you eliminate Miller, these accusations disappear too.
(ie:offshore trading etc...)Several of us have spoken to the VSE
surveillance department who maintain that if Miller had resigned,
the investigation would have continued separately, and SKB would
have been relisted. It was Miller's lack of cooperation that resulted
in the delisting of SKB shares. I think we must differentiate between
the AETI lawsuit and Miller's personal activities.
