There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors next week. From Califtalk This coming week in Texas the Board of Directors of Oilex is having a meeting to review the companies affairs and arrange for adequate cash flow budgets to fund the companies needs. In attendance will be the companies auditor to assist the Board. The meeting will be productive, and no one will be able to state that this is a rubberstamp Board. The question of proper dissemination of news releases will be on the agenda.
