As a former insurance general liability specialist, I would seek info on the fact that there may be a Certificate of Insurance onfile for( issued by the insurance company of LeDoux to be HELD infavor of Naxos and hense my interruptation of /for / to all Naxof Holders) for multi-millions as an inducement such companies generally provide such fluff to show those of us tHAT PAY the bills that there is a 100 years company history and implied and actual trust statement and professional IMPLICATION and a statement SOMEWHERE that Directors and Officers Liability insurance may of been provided to / by/ from/ etc options to look into. THIS is exactly what I was talking about with Greg John when HE PROMISED to get his DAD to talk to me some 6 months ago when when he sent me a 10 page fax ( & I did the same on what I was trying to do with Chuck Bankes on this WMA Trade Association that we started as I included a followup call Trice to no avail and in each time said DON'T let the "insurance Stuff Scare YOU!")
