DATEK, what are you doing??

Instead of improving your service it is getting worse and worse!

orders.datek.com - not working this morning
orders2.datek.com - gives me the message "Something is wrong"
orders4.datek.com - not able to deliver any quotes for 5 days now !
orders8.datek.com - not able to deliver any quotes for 5 days now !
orders9.datek.com - no response

How should I trade without quotes?

Has anybody success at different servers?

Juergen

Bill, Have you ever used a trading platform that offer "direct order routing systems". One of the great things about them is the ability to nearly instantly see that orders have been sent to the exchanges, and just as quickly cancel those orders...all done in dynamically updating real time.

I have found that being able to control the process of order entry, execution, and cancellation (if necessary) is of paramount importance.

Having the ability to get out or in with lightening speed adds an element of peace of mind...and can save/earn you some extra sheckles.

Strange that you get all the problems. I trade at least 5-6 trades a day and have very little problems. Also thanks Michael for the best book I have read on Day trading to date. I can tell you have been there and did that. No magic boxes which so many do look for. Just good informative tips and tricks. Keep up the good work.
