Others might be wondering whether or not VIMRx was in contact with Innovir in
August. Still others might be wondering who calls the shots at the Aries Funds. Those of
you who are interested in those question might want to do an EDGAR search for Aries.
Scroll to Innovir filings and get ready for some very interesting reading.

The single most bullish argument for holding and, perhaps, carefully adding to one's
position in VIMRx is the fact that the Aries Funds now own 3,000,000 shares. As
should be evident from the preceeding, these guys don't settle for a 30% or 40% return.
They're more into 500+%!!! In my opinion, the days of downward manipulation of this
stock (something that more than one person on this board has noticed over the past few
months) is over. VIMRx shares will be strong near-term and very rewarding longer
term. The technology is great, there is a vision, and management seems to have a
game-plan. Don't be surprised though if this stock apprecites in value for no apparent
reason...just as it depreciated in value for no apparent reason. At some point soon I
believe that a lot of new investors are going to come to the party. When that happens, it
won't be because "hypericin" does or doesn't work. It will be for other reasons that
none of us are in a position to accurately predict at this point in time.
As for me, I'm glad the Aries Funds have 3 million shares of VIMRx but there is a part
of me that believes that that $3 million should be returned to VIMRx.
