T.G.W., you said...

You having told me repeatedly about all of the investment experience that you possess...

Actually, I haven't told you repeatedly "about all of the investment experience that (I) possess." (Personally, I don't think it's that extensive). I have alluded to frequently to my accounting experience which includes an understanding of SEC reporting requirements. I, by the way, was also responsible for NASD and AMEX reporting requirements as well but it was rather insignificant.

I am hoping that you can answer this question for me. Does Global Games have to comply with this?

No.

And if so why do you keep saying that they are not responsible for giving the stockholders certain information?

The information that is required is not provided directly to the stockholders (a point I have been trying to drill into your head since I graced this board with my presence).

I know you are capable of reading...so...read this (copied DIRECTLY from YOUR post!)...

"A security may be registered on a national securities exchange by the issuer filing an application with the exchange ..."

See that little word in there that begins with an "e" and ends with an "xchange"? That does NOT mean "stockholder". What it DOES mean is the "public domain".

Can you show me ANY SEC rule that requires a company to provide information DIRECTLY to an investor? (Once again, I cannot believe I'm having to explain this...it's not that complicated!)

Best of luck on all your future endeavors!

...later...
GO BIG RED!!!

T.G.W. this is at least the third time I have asked this question, and still you fail to respond. Why did you invest in GLOW? It's a simple question, a fair question, and one that anyone with your intelligence and market/investing savy should be able to answer. An answer would be most considerate. Oh, and by the way, I love to speculate, don't you?
