Here's the news that counts...long term DGIV holders aren't selling and aren't telling. Things will happen when they happen.

OK, here is my OPINION :-)

Factor 1:
The last big announcements have hurt us because:
1) coming news has been leaked, bringing in day traders
2) the price has been walked down following the news

The German announcement of preliminary approval of a 25M deal to provide IP telephony based in Potsdam, for example, caused a price decline of 50 cents!

So why waste other good announcements while we are still a BB issue?

Factor 2: The NASDAQ process involves the SEC, reviewing and commenting on filings, etc. Any changes to these forms, as might be caused by news releases, creates even more work and delays. So it is typical for companies going through this process to observe an informal "quiet period."

Factor 3: Any major deals that DGIV might be working on are best handled without any fanfare or stock volatility that might be caused by news releases.

JMHO

DGIV knows what they are doing...I really believe they are "saving" news, as you put it, for the time when it will have the most impact on the stock price...and be less affected by MM manipulation. In other words IMHO info from the company is all being carefully "orchestrated" to give maximum impact when it is released. Unlike other BB that are news driven, I would not be concerned that the company has been quiet. I really believe this is the calm before the storm!

Maybe the company has put the clamps on the pr company's desire to pass along information to anyone who had their phone number. I think that the lack of news is actually good in this environment; where every shred of anything is over analyzed by either the longs or the shorts.

I will wait patiently for substantial news about financials or their impending move off the bb.
