Jeff, Kathy, JDN, a disappointing news release but my expectations were little. I could not resist buying some more at 4 1/8. I am long in this stock and my time frame is atleast 6 months. They did acknowledge more hires. Lets hope CC will be more positive.

Dear Kathy: I have to admit that warning announcement leaves a lot to be desired in info. Overall I am at this point presuming it is actually good news for the following reasons. First, if you recall they told us originally that if they got the contracts they would NOT produce any revenue in this qtr only expense.---Looking at the announcement I see the main reason they are citing is increased personell costs associated with project revenue (that seems to me to be consistent with what they said earlier and must mean that they are in fact ramping up for new work which I was lead to believe they would not do until they had signed contracts. Secondly, I see some costs accrued this qtr that are unusual usually 100,000 for use tax ?? and 90,000 related to I guess these class action suits. Too bad about the latter. JDN
