Is that what it says? So what does it mean? You know, I think you are right. It was already a deal when first announced. Now they are supposed to have signed a paper about it being a deal. Next we get to vote on the deal. That is IF the SEC says it all looks ok to them. If not, we will have to wait on another proxy and then vote. How long have we been waiting on the first proxy? Man, these business things really take a lot of time. A lawyer must have something to do with it. Don't they get paid by the hour? One thing more. I really hate to bring it up. But didn't we have signed deals with LPS group and M3 group? The more time that goes by and the more delays that occur, the more the deals fall through. I hope this one doesn't go the way the last ones have. Maybe the 5% is too much for CSMA to give up. Cancel the deal and let's change that to 3%. KZAP
