In the Investor's information package [which was received Airborne Express] there is an interesting article in the Miami Herald Newspaper, which is a nice fluff piece, but had a positive effect on me. But, more importantly, there is a copy of a 1997 independent appraisal of the company's property which was submitted to support the Brazilian property as collateral for a U. S. loan. The appraisal, plus the complete 10K, and a complete copy of certified financials [among other things] gives me the feeling that I have a reasonably clear picture of the company.
