I don't think that any bid under 25 will be executed at the open. I have no bids in at this time and will not be around the computer when it opens. I wouldn't bid until I see the offers and the action. For someone trading as an investment, I'd wait for about 10 minutes after the open and then place my trade. Once the market is moving, there is less chance of manipulation. I would strongly avoid market orders before the open. You'll be throwing your money away.
