TO THE THREAD: Today, in response to an inquiry I made some three weeks ago, the SEC contacted me vis a vis the FRX registration. I was informed that unless the SEC requested that a company withdraw their Form 10 filing, that the registration was AUTOMATICALLY EFFECTIVE 60 DAYS AFTER FILING DATE. I was further told that the SEC HAD NOT ASKED FRX TO WITHDRAW their registration statement.

This obviously means that the FRX FILING IS PRESENTLY EFFECTIVE, having been filed 4-16-98!

She further informed that it was not unusual for a final disposition code not to be found during this time period.

Furthermore, she stated that FRX WOULD BE LISTED ON NASDAQ.

Verification of the above will be provided to interested parties identifying themselves.

Best regards,
