Oh, you are not alone, although, I wish I was never here to keep you company. I, too, am in it only cause at this point, it doesn't pay to get out. I think this company has little to no chance and would not recommmend anyone buying it...at any level. I was one of the longest to hold out on putting mngmt. in the incompetent category, but I can't do it any longer. I don't think they are capable of doing anything but running this baby into the ground, although, I hope they prove oh so wrong. I think Mike was the smartest one for getting out. Bought more today at $.19. Px now $0.187-$0.20. I,as you can see, started this post almost 2 years ago. I first bought the stock at $0.3875 and up. By April '97 I lost faith with those news releases on "buybacks" and got out. I believe that as El Nino' has disappeared so may winds be blowing elsewhere. Old players like me may be nibbling at this one again. By the way I agree with your assessment of "management". Good Luck Darrell
