All that can be said now is that it is starting to look like an end of the year tax write-off.

That's how the BB-market goes. We win some and we lose some. (Not having the $50 mil in contracts, now makes it a very different company ; ie another struggling BB company among thousands of others. There is now nothing that make this company any different from the rest of them. Nothing to make it stand out above the rest of the crowd.)
