BCST is a hot internet stock doing its IPO today. Admittedly it is in a slightly different Internet business than DRIV, but the point is that they are both hot Internet IPOs. Originally priced at 18 it is expected to come on the market at 35-40 according to CNBC.

The implications for TSQD are staggering. Let's say the DRIV IPO is set for 18 by the time the IPO comes public, supposedly in August. Let's say it trades at 40 the first day it is out, similar to expectations for BCST. Not a certainty but a decent possibility. Since each share of TSQD is worth .48 shares of DRIV, that is a value of almost 20/TSQD share, possibly on the first day of the DRIV offering.

The upswing potential will be very bad if opens between 35-40. I am betting on 26. Not extravigantly high, not too low.
