Chris,
You might want to check Edgar on Line at an S8 filing that was done in March of 98. Over 3.7 million shares registered as free trading stock to pay OTC Communications plus a number of others. Cash or stock, plus immediately exercisable options. 750,000 shares at 110% of the trading average bid price for the company's common stock 10 days prior. Looks like that big trading day of over 1,9 million shares were options being exercised. There is an awful lot of shares being used for financing and promotions.
