Either way, Mr. North is a recognized name. If you were in charge of signing a purchase order for a small municipal police force to buy bullet proof vests with FEDERAL dollars, do you buy from the guy at the Army/Navy surplus or do you go with the name recognition? IMO, this is a no brainer.
