I think what happened on Friday was a classical buy on the rumor, sell on the news... From now on, I think ODIS' stockprice will enter into a ratchet process: every tick crossed upward will never get crossed back again. Expectations for the current quarter look very good: I heard Tucker Antony upgraded ODIS to Strong buy and the sky's never been so clear for ODIS. Remember that a month ago everybody was concerned about the company's ability to pay for its increased salesforce: people doubted that the momentum was strong enough to keep the bottomline afloat... Now, if you buy the management's quarter-over-quarter growth rate (25% that is), you'll see that the $100M/y trophy is waiting for ODIS in 1999!
$15.6M + 25% = $19.5M in 98Q3... Got the picture? It means an average $25M/Q is possible for FY99.

Regards,

Gustave.

P.S.: But will the other IT powerhouses just sit and watch ODIS and CA grabbing all the ODBMS pie --especially when their own RDBMS cake is shrinking?
