############################# TO ALL ############################

I have just returned from my vacation. At the beginning of my vacation I stopped by the offices of gnnx, see post #1503. I see that while I was gone si had a trail period for new members and also that there are a lot of new posters here. That is not surprising seeing the recent activity in gnnx.

One question that seems to be coming up is why would Mr. Logan pay for the acquisition of octavia entertainment group with out of pocket shares? I asked Mr. Logan why he would pay for the acq. of SRI with out of pocket shares.
see post #1629. His response was. "I would rather own 10% of something really big than 60% of something small."

Everything that Mr. Logan told me as since come true --- several news releases coming, regarding signs that this is a fast growing, undervalued co.

BTW we did not discuss the recent acq. of octavia or the dividend of tnns. Who are these guys? any input to this would be greatly appreciated.

IMHO, this is a GREATLY undervalued co. Yes we have seen some swings down as are to be expected with the otc stocks however imho, over the long run this co is going to be a big winner. Mr. Logan is definetely a deal maker.

Long on gnnx and staying long.

Sincerely

Steven J Lafferty

You shouldn't be so quick to brush off Mr. Brown's question. My broker told me that TNNS was at $1.00.

I just checked SI's quote service and it said $1.00

I also just checked QuoteCentral Realtime Quotes. 52 week high $1.00, 52 week low .968. the only days it showed any activity for was 7/15/98 and 7/16/98. (the low was on 7/15/98)

So why don't you explain where you get your information from. You are not trying to mislead anyone, are you. And apologize to Mr. Brown for your curt reply.
