If Ira is such a stand-up and moral guy, why did he put his name on this release and have a conference call to explain the lies? When are the pro-formas expected to come out for HVAR? I have about 100 people who can't wait to read them.

The credibility/integrity/competence of Mr. Monas is NOT "off topic" and certainly relates directly to what we might expect from HVAR. Would a competent President of FAMH not understand the company's financials prior to releasing them to the public?????

Jon-These are very serious charges.I do hope you can back up what you have just stated.FYI-Many companies are legally going after internet posters who sometimes post without accountability. Creating very detrimental situations afterwards.Some have posted lies,scare tactics,and have caused a climate in some cases to disrupt sensitive company talks with lenders.On other threads I frequent one in particular the CEO has been misquoted,misrepresented,words were taken out of context,made up and post as fact.Do you have any idea what this does to a mans reputation,or the share price stability,or even goodwill.Its gotten to the point many CEOS cannot trust anyone anymore so they isolate themselves to protect the company.They are not able to defend themselves and some posters use that to destroy many a CEO. You could have only heard that from Ira Monas.Someone you called worse than a liar.The point is this Ira Monas needs to speak on this issue,not you.BTW-Have you ever been introduced to Rosario?Just Wondering.Jon,I am not trying to beat up on you its just that your last post assumes you have inside knowledge and its a little too close for comfort for me.Please dont tell me you heard all of this from Ira.If you did you would have respected him and kept it private.Ira has the Law as his remedy not your big mouth.MiriamsSon PS-I am referring to Agtid-Advanced Gaming Technology and also Gametech.Two companies that really should consult legal counsel.
