OK,OK you have made your point as are many others in India and abroad,and let us see we can help these 'idiots'(bureaucrats as well as politicians of all colors) change their ways for the betterment of society, each in his/her own small way whatever it might be. To criticise [and find faults] is too easy to offer solutions and/or do something to improve the situation is a whole different story as you very well know. I am guilty as charged in the former endeavor and god knows I could do a lot more when it comes to the latter. Having said that I am of the opinion that to hold grudge against a Nation for the failings of the politicians and others in 'power' is not a very desirable and pleasant trait, believe me I should know.
