What is a help file, and how can I get it to help me? I have a Teletype Model 33 keyboard, and I typed "help" and nothing happened. I looked for a "help" key, but can't find one. I even tried to open the window in my trading room and yell "help," but the window is barred and I couldn't reach the plexiglass. I don't see a latch, either. Is the help file something that came in the mail? My mail is screened, and I think the help file may have been removed. Is there a federal agency that I can write to?
