I do not think most on this thread realize how far behind the curve ALSC is in terms of cost structure and how little chance they have of surviving against the much bigger, better capitalized players. You follow MU, so I know you are aware of their aggressive strategy of continuous spending on shrinks to reduce costs. ALSC does not have the financial resources to follow this strategy and only limited ability to cut overhead. The only recourse I see is the TI get out at any cost strategy, or as Ken succinctly put it, liquidation.

I would welcome anyone to present a rational argument against this analysis, rather than the TA and wishful thinking that dominate this thread.
