No. I asked about the past few weeks when volume was low. Most who read this board know about AGN's plans. However, few seem to "know" exactly when they will sell and how such sales will affect LGND's price.

I haven't found any warnings about AGN's sales last quarter. It's in their interest to sell at higher, not lower prices. Now that they have announced their intentions, it may be easier to find buyers who will buy and actually move the price HIGHER, as happened in 1995.

The Dec 1995 data shows that the price can rise even with a large overhang. I'm asking for data indicating that a similar situation will not arise vis a vis AGN and/or Farallon. I'm not looking for old press releases which have been linked to this thread earlier.
