IQ, nice call on the SOX Wednesday Morning. It is now trading at 266 and the 2000 compx has been taken out and up a bit more today. Would assume the 2000 level may be maintained today for a 2nd close. SOX has dropped to 266 today and is very flat, are you still looking for SOX 300 next week or soon ? I read a few months ago that some of the European research organizations are predicting a doubling of PC sales next year in response to fears about Y2000 problems. The idea seams to be spreading. The winners should be MSFT, DELL, CPQ, HPW, and IBM.
