Yeah, capt'n if you have something to say than say it!!

I have defended you in the past, but this recent behavior of yours is simply unacceptable. Don't play games with people's emotions. Many people are right on the fence (in terms of emotionally pulling the trigger on a buy/sell decision). This thread doesn't need these type of mind-playing games. If you don't have solid information, then don't bother posting.

IMHO the only thing that could cause this stock to decrease substantially would be a report of past accounting irregularities. Since there has never been a hint of past problems in this regard, I don't think that it is a feasible possibility.

I would take Teflon's suggestion and just sock this stock away for six months and then take a look at it then. Don't even bother getting concerned about any dis-information until then.

Relax a little about what the Captain has said, and be secure in your investment in CS. I am of the opinion that the Captain probably did sell a portion of his holdings in CS and used the proceeds to purchase NETVA (I recently did the same thing). This would appear to be a prudent move at this time and it is my opinion that the Captain has likely done this and posted his sell message to stir up the board a bit.
When the CS purchase of NETVA is completed shareholders of NETVA will be given .6154 (from memory) shares of CS. So if you were to sell CS today at 12.75 and put the proceeds towards NETVA at 6 9/16 you would be effectively buying CS for 10.6638 per share.
The risk you assume in this is that if the purchase of NETVA by CS is not completed you are going to own NETVA when you really want to own CS, which is why the Captain has only sold %60 of his position.
Harold and the Captain are not fools and they're not about to walk away from CS at these levels. CS longs will be rewarded in the coming months. I'm hoping the NETVA longs will be rewarded as well.
