No. DELL has no intention of acquiring any other company at this time. It prefers to make partners of them. It's much more efficient, as both benefit while they concentrate on improving respective company performance, and neither is distracted by the problems of combining two structures.

Furthermore, I can't think of a company out there which, if acquired, would give DELL the same kind of increased ROI as it can get by simply improving its thrust further into upper end markets.
