I couldn't find press releases old enough to back this up. Do you
have a copy? My recollection was that FAMH said no stock was issued
to Myriad (ie Myriad principals) since FAMH was essentially buying
Myriad from the IRS. Stock could have been issued to come up with
the dough to pay off the IRS.

I've been out all day and am trying to get up to speed on the days events. I have not read all of the post, but I wanted to comment on yours John. I too remember ARIF saying that no stock was issued for the Myriad deal. I've got a fax on my desk dated May 21, from Arif saying:
There are 70 Million shares issued
46 Million shares are restricted stock
24 Million shares are in the Float

"The increase in the shares is due to restricted stock issued to management, stock issued to buy Myriad and the Delaware operation and additional stock issued to collateralize the 12 million dollar line of credit."

Now, from this I assumed that Ira had been issued a large block of restricted stock. I have however, learned this past week that that assumption may not have been necessarily true. The only thing I can figure is that the stock that was issued to "management" was for no one but Arif Adam. Now, to say the least, his statement was misleading if not an out right lie.

Live and learn,

Lonnie
