well, with 1.5million customers in the database.. I don't think there
will only be a few hits on the website.. but you're right..

ADVERTISING/MARKETING will be the key to the success of CCI (which is
just a part of TSIG).. as people said.. TSIG still has the teleservices.

First of all, in response to post #2317, on behalf of the thread, let me apologize for not having all the critical information in a nice, neat little pile. It must cramp your style to have to actually "search" for information. Out of curiosity, when you descend upon a thread and start firing off questions, do the regulars usually hup-to, scramble around, and get those answers for you? Advertising generally helps when trying to launch a new enterprise, but other important factors here are 1) music card (which will be sold as a fundraiser by non-profit groups); 2) price (most teen-agers and others I know personally would go to a lot of trouble to save $3-5 per CD); 3) ability to order online or over the phone; and 4) ease of use of the web site. All of these issues will come together over time, and either the business will be successful or not. But advertising is not "the only thing" as you put it that will distinguish CCI from the competition.

Regards, Suzanne

This is for new investors only.

I'm done and here is what I found out in a nutshell:

TSIG:

Float: 30 million
Common Stock: 59 million
Preferred: 10 million
Market Cap (at $.35/Shr) $24 million

Revenues 97: $2.3 million
Income 97: -$18 million (loss)

Income 98 (1st qtr)
from services co. -2.5 million

Projected 98 loss
from services co. ????????

Projected 98 revenues from CC
(if website is successful): $3 million

Projected 98 profits from CC: $1 million
(if successful)

Since only 5 months of the year are left this is highly unlikely that they will be able to generate this kind of revenue this year but I will use these liberal numbers.

Debt:
Carry over from '97: $26 million
Loss in 1st qtr: $2.5 million
Debt from loan
secured with 6.5M
shares of stock: $5 million

Total debt (min) $33.5 million

Cash: <$200,000

Those are the numbers as accurately as I can determine. I won't make any comments on them. Legally, debtors should have first crack at any profits. I won't day trade this stock. This is my last post on this thread. Good luck to you all.
