jmt, it is interesting that you "accuse"JimB as being either stupid or misleading...because the issues and questions that you raised in your post make you appear stupid or misleading.....you know the answers to each of those questions and your comment about Dr.Drees having no scientific background is disrespectful at best, libel at worst...if you wish to bash, be a bit more intelligent...your lack of credibility is glaring.....two simple phone calls could verify the existence of the book and the veracity of DR. Drees's training....which I have done. You appear foolish to me.

I suggest you call Dr drees at Sanguine's office to discuss his background - please let us know what you find.

As for shares issued - sorry but no shares have been created nor sold to pay for expenses. Period. Fact. End of story. Say no more.
