Leigh,

When a company is a delinquent filer, the delinquent filer notices are typically sent out automatically once a week. This will continue until the situation is resolved. In WRN's case, they are now on their third notice. This is not an issue with Stockwatch, I have noticed it on other news aggregation sources that I subscribe to that the delinquent filer notices appear every week.

I have been in contact with Stockwatch and they have indicated that they simply put out generic releases for all delinquent filers, every friday. Just to verify, if anyone is aware of any other delinquent companies, at present, could you check and let me know. Steppe Gold is delinquent, but does NOT have a release out for them today. They are currently halted though and that may have an impact, Stockwatch may only release for active traders.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
