Let's see what the results are when they announced. As long as they do not warn for coming quarters, I am standing pat.

At this point, I am not discouraged or worried. My unscientific analysis goes like this. I want to go into system consulting business and will build an org. from scratch. What will it take to recruit few hundred employees ? conservatively it cost 10k and up to recruit one highly skilled computer types if I go through head hunter and if I do it in house, still takes time and effort. Opening offices and have the management and infrastructure running, there goes few millions. Of course, I also need a lot of cash and marketing org. to get the ball rolling, so I better have some cash on hand. Bidding on projects cost a lot of money (I have known bids that alone cost few hundred thousand dollars and up to prepare in manpower and you are not even sure you will get the job).

So if you take that as a scenario and judge Command against their balance sheet and break even results and considering that this is a growing business etc. and they are small enough and cheap enough to be taken over, at this price my down side is pretty limited. Up side potential is still intact. That is the owners' perspective. If you are in it for real short term, it won't do much for you so you could get on with other picks and trades. Since I don't do what Paul does with IMRS, this is within context of Portfolio Volatility as opposed to a specific issue disappointing you. That happens every day if you are going to be in this market.

Incidentally, I am not expecting price in teens as many on the thread are. If I get a double from here for 6-9 months holding, I'd be quite happy.
