The demo version at disclosure.com didn't let
me have anything free--but I am assuming that
RegD is a bad thing--usually means they plan on
selling more shares or something, right?
I did a search here on SI and found a link about
regD rules if anybody is interested,
law.uc.edu

So I guess that means some more nervousness for now?
I am sure I saw a post from esecurities that claimed
SoftQuad was not going to be doing anything like that,
specifically, the post suggested that he heard from
the company that they had no intention of a reverse
split or anything.

My GUESS is that they don't have an interest in
reverse split, issuing shares etc etc--or for that matter
their apparent lack of interest in supporting the share
price at a buck this past month--because they do not need
to--they're ready to pull out all the stops over the next
few months, that is, all the things we have been talking
about on this thread.

Still, REGD, makes me nervous again--and just after I posted
a couple messages over on the ecommerce thread, RATS! If this
thing gets punished now I'm going to look like a real ass:-(
