John, I spoke again with the shareholder who just called Red Chip to confirm that his report would be faxed after the close, as he had arranged Wednesday through an employee other than Linda. When he called today, he explained that this same employee answered, and when he identified himself, was immediately switched to Linda. Linda told him that they had been swamped with calls over this, that there would be no report, and that they would refund the subscription fee on his credit card. I suspect they had to pull the report as insurance against SEC trouble over possible leaks prior to official release.
