it, If I were short I wouldn't cover, I am looking into taking a long position. But the more I learn the worse it looks. it, another thing "I don't think too many big buyers substitute Faber for due diligence." True, HOWEVER, in the CC the BIG BOYS left the CC with a lot of unanswered questions. I have personally performed due dili on big deals and if I ran into the deflections and "maybe we can get back to you later answers" I would have a hard time paying attention because of all the red flags and sirens going off in my head. Maybe OIL boys are just unprepared/flustered due to all the hub-bub. Regards, DWW
