This seems like a pretty generous private placement relative to the ones done previously. Especially since this was an internal placement. Is there an industry/market precendence on this ? Does anyone have details on insider (i.e Bruce ) buy and sell history? If this is new money that is one thing but if insiders are just reinvesting funds they acquired from sales over the last little while, then I am getting very discouraged. I have held Gallery for three long years. I am not expecting a quick hit but I have been burnt big time on stocks before and I am getting a little anxious. Anyone else a little discouraged by this press release??? I expect the stock to plunge to 35 cents on Monday.
