Good luck to anybody who thinks they can reach any conclusion from Elliot Waves. :) There are as many interpretations as their are analysts.

I think the three great games are chess, golf, and Elliot Waves. :)

I do thank you for making this available. It's just that I've never been able to figure it out...

I bought SUNW (my pick from the list above) this morning at 51 1/2 on the pullback, and thought it looked like it would have a better close than AAPL did. It played out almost exactly the same, and so I sold near the close at 52 3/8.

I will be back into both AAPL and SUNW after correction. I would like to see them both close their gaps.

SUNW has been in a year-long triangle, and has just broken out from it. The one thing that worries me is how far it went out into the apex, which can be a bad sign. Often, when a triangle goes out this far, the stock will initially rise, then fall over the nose of the triangle.

SUNW is the ultimate Internet stock, and maybe some day investors will realize that. They are behind almost every big site, and the more frenzy there is to build content sites, the more SUNW will make.

Although I am far from an AAPL zealot (I write Win/XX software) I can't argue with the price action, and I do believe it's more likely to be poised at the beginning of a run than at the end of one.

Market is scarey. But isn't it always. :)

High Grader, Thanks for providing the link to AAPL's Elliott Wave analysis, which supports my forecast (based on fundamental analysis) through Q4 ending 9/98. Please expound where you think AAPL is going through 9/98 by analysis of the chart and data you supplied. TIA...
