John, I like out of the money, Oct-Nov-Dec, in general, though there are many exceptions. Out of the money and 2-6 months out is my standard opening position for long options, puts or calls, os I am not particularly aiming at an October massacre. I would hope with these lousy eps, a dangerous trade deficit, and high valuations that we will get a crash before October, but you never know when a bubble will pop in this game. BTW, I am looking for the Big Kahuna, 30-60% down, not a mini crash. MB
