If, for no other reason, todays press release would limit company liability to those that may have bought shares relying on portions of statements in the May 8th press release until this release. This was a good move and needed to be done. I am not an Atty. JMHO, MM

PsycProf: Took your suggestion and read the HVAR board last night, found myself really absorbing it with morbid fascination. Amazing, the identical types of promises supported by nebulous earnings and an ever increasing and unknown share count. That Lebed character really is a horse's ass, it's the same garbage all over again. At least he seems to have dispensed with the "woo woo" crap, that was really annoying. I think I'm going to go by for the Wall Street "smokeout," just to see what these jerks look like in person. If I was Ira, I would certainly want to be sure that I was named on the D & O policies of these companies.
