Mark, I am surprised you are unaware that it is standard practice for financial magazines such as Forbes or Business Week to pull an article about a company prior to release if they learn that its existence has been leaked and there is an unequal dissemination of information. I am confident there will be more discussion on the subject. You are invited to call a few financial magazines to verify or refute this.
