I think that we will see some big news soon, Liviakis normally has something in his backhand when he starts. I would not be surprised to see a nice contract. Perhaps Liviakis with his connections can do with PESI what he did for ABTX, and take it from $ 3 to 20.

I sold my PESI this week after seeing they had done a discounted convertible preferred financing.

Those financings are death.

There are boards on SI where they are discussed as shorting opportunities.

I've been involved in an argument on the Yahoo board with some "hypers" if anyone wants more details.
