<< Is it possible to take legal steps against Wallstreetdaily who has done the research? >> The Wallstreetdaily research is different than
the news release quoting $.85/share. The news release must of been approved by the company, so it would be liable, IMO. But lets see what the company has for us next week before we start any legal battles. From people who have posted on legal actions against companies the consensus seems to be that when its all over, the shareholder doesn't end up with anything anyway (just the lawyers and creditors), and since Beacon at this point doesn't have anything to liquidate, just debt. So by legal action we just shoot ourselves since the company gets crushed and we don't get our money back. But if we are patient, I think Beacon WILL prosper!!
